摘　　要：本文旨在探讨在生态红线框架下,通过产业转型升级来实现森林可持续经营的策略。首先分析了当前森林经营面临的挑战和国内外案例,构建了支持森林可持续经营的理论框架和指标体系,然后从政策、技术、资金等方面提出了实施策略,最后通过案例分析总结了实践经验。结果表明,基于生态红线和产业转型升级的森林可持续经营策略能够显著促进森林生态保护和社会经济发展。This paper aimed to explore the strategy of sustainable forest management through industrial transformation and upgrading under the framework of ecological red line.Firstly,he challenges faced by current forest management and domestic and foreign cases were analyzed,the theoretical framework and index system to support sustainable forest management were constructed,and the implementation strategy was proposed from the aspects of policy,technology and capital.Finally,the practical experience was summarized through case analysis.The sustainable forest management strategy based on ecological red line and industrial transformation and upgrading can significantly promote forest ecological protection and social and economic development.
