摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纯ZnO粉体及金属Ni掺杂的ZnO复合粉体,借助超声波和磁力搅拌交替湿混法将Ag粉与ZnO粉体或ZnO(Ni)复合粉体混合均匀,通过复压复烧和粉末冶金技术制备新型AgZnO(Ni)电接触材料。利用同步热分析仪(TG-DSC)分析了锌凝胶的热分解情况和组分,通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM、EDS)和X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)等测试手段对复合粉体和块体材料的物相组成、微观形貌和表面价态组成进行表征,并测试分析了Ag基电接触材料的物理性能和力学性能。结果表明,金属Ni的加入有效改善了ZnO粉在Ag基体中的团聚现象,当掺杂Ni质量分数为0.5%时,获得了粒度均一、分散性较佳的ZnO复合粉体。与纯ZnO粉体制备的AgZnO电接触材料相比,掺杂金属Ni的样品电接触材料的致密度、电导率、维氏硬度、弹性模量分别增加了2.8%,13.5%,28.8%,16.04%。Pure ZnO powder and Ni doped ZnO composite powder were prepared by Sol-Gel method.Ag powder and ZnO/ZnO(Ni)were mixed by ultrasonic/magnetic mixing,and the new AgZnO(Ni)electric contact material was prepared by repressing and resintering powder metallurgy technology.The thermal information and composition of zinc gel were analyzed by synchronous thermal analyzer(TG-DSC).Moreover the phase composition,microscopic morphology and surface valence composition of composite powder and block materials were characterized by XRD,SEM EDS and XPS.The physical and mechanical properties of Ag-based electrical contact materials were also tested and analyzed.The results show that the addition of Ni effectively improved the agglomeration phenomenon of ZnO nano-powder in the Ag matrix.When the Ni doping amount reached 0.5%,the final product demonstrates an uniform and well dispersed state.The results show that the addition of metal Ni can effectively improve the agglomeration of ZnO nanoparticle in Ag matrix,and when the doping mass fraction is 0.5%Ni,the ZnO composite powder with uniform particle size and good dispersion is obtained.The density,conductivity,Vickers hardness and elastic modulus of Ni-doped samples are increased by 2.8%,13.5%,28.8%and 16.04%,respectively,compared with AgZnO electrocontact materials prepared by pure ZnO.
