摘 要:为解决石煤钒的高效利用困难,从石煤钒矿区矿坑水中分离纯化得到对石煤钒浸出效果较好的菌株。为进一步提高菌株的浸钒性能,对菌株进行了驯化、诱变育种,并对该菌株应用于石煤钒矿的浸钒工艺条件进行优化。结果表明,在矿浆浓度为8%,接种量为11%,初始pH为2.2,温度为32℃,转速为150 r/min,浸矿时间为25 d的情况下,钒浸出率达到78.64%,空白酸浸试验的钒浸出率仅为21.18%,该矿坑原生菌用于低品位石煤钒的提取和利用前景广阔。To solve the difficulty of efficient utilization of vanadium from stone coal,the strain with good effect on vanadium leaching from stone coal was isolated and purified from the pit water of stone coal vanadium mine.In order to further improve the vanadium leaching performance of the strain,domestication and mutagenesis breeding experiments were conducted,and the vanadium leaching process conditions of the strain applied to coal vanadium mines were optimized.The results showed that under the conditions of slurry concentration of 8%,inoculation amount of 11%,initial pH of 2.2,temperature of 32℃,oscillation rate of 150 r/min,and leaching time of 25 days,the vanadium leaching rate reached 78.64%,while the vanadium leaching rate in the blank acid leaching test was only 21.18%.The original bacteria in this mine pit have broad prospects for the extraction and utilization of low-grade coal vanadium.
