摘 要:帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)是一种迟发性神经退行性疾病,发病率逐年增长,脑内铁动态平衡失调被认为是PD重要病理学特征之一。近年来,神经影像学领域取得了显著的进展,为PD的临床诊断及病理机制的深入剖析开辟了全新视野。在这一背景下,定量磁化率成像(quantitative susceptibility mapping,QSM)技术作为一种先进的磁共振成像手段,利用磁共振成像中的相位信息,实现了对脑组织铁含量精确量化评估。本文就QSM技术成像原理及在PD诊断中的潜在价值与应用前景予以综述,为PD的诊断提供新思路。Parkinson's disease(PD) is a late-onset neurodegenerative disorder with an increasing incidence year by year.The dysregulation of iron homeostasis in the brain is regarded as one of the significant pathological features of PD.In recent years,remarkable progress has been made in the field of neuroimaging,which has opened up new vistas for the clinical diagnosis of PD and the in-depth exploration of its pathological mechanisms.Against this backdrop,quantitative susceptibility mapping(QSM) technology,as an advanced magnetic resonance imaging modality,utilizes the phase information in magnetic resonance imaging to achieve an accurate quantitative assessment of iron content in brain tissue.This paper reviews the imaging principle of QSM technology and its potential value and application prospects in the diagnosis of PD,aiming to provide new insights for PD diagnosis.
