摘  要:扩张型心肌病(dilated cardiomyopathy,DCM)作为心力衰竭和心源性猝死的主要病因,其10年生存率仍不足60%,精准评估心肌损伤及风险分层是改善预后的关键挑战。心脏磁共振(cardiac magnetic resonance,CMR)凭借多模态组织成像优势,已成为评估心脏结构和功能的金标准。尽管人工智能技术显著优化了CMR的图像质量、分析效率及诊断价值,但现有研究缺乏多模态数据融合与系统性临床验证,制约了其在DCM精准管理中的全面应用。本文将从CMR技术进展和CMR在DCM中的临床应用两方面系统性回顾其中代表性成果,以期为临床实践与研究提供实时有效的参考。Dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM),a leading cause of heart failure and sudden cardiac death,exhibits a 10-year survival rate below 60%,underscoring the critical need for precise assessment of myocardial injury and risk stratification to improve prognosis.Cardiac magnetic resonance(CMR),leveraging its multimodal tissue characterization capabilities,has emerged as the gold standard for evaluating cardiac structure and function.Although artificial intelligence has significantly enhanced CMR by optimizing image quality,analytical efficiency,and diagnostic accuracy,current research lacks robust multimodal data integration and systematic clinical validation,limiting its comprehensive application in DCM precision management.This review systematically examines representative advancements in CMR technology and its clinical applications in DCM,aiming to provide timely and evidence-based insights for clinical practice and future research.
