竖直通道内导线间距对平行双导线逆流火蔓延特性的影响分析

摘  要:为揭示受限空间内平行双导线逆流火蔓延的动态规律并填补导线间距调控机制的研究空白,基于间距可调的竖直平行导线火蔓延实验平台,研究不同导线间距条件(0~28 mm)下平行双导线在竖直通道内的逆流火蔓延特性,分析火焰形态、火焰宽度和长度、火蔓延速率及温度分布等火蔓延特征参数的变化规律。研究结果表明:竖直通道内平行双导线逆流火蔓延在导线间距的影响下存在明显的4个阶段特征,火焰形态、火焰宽度及长度、火蔓延速率等特征参数均呈现先增大后减小的变化趋势;在同一导线间距下,由于熔融材料的流淌行为,导致其相关火蔓延参数在蔓延的过程中表现出缓慢的波浪式增长趋势但不影响导线间距带来的总体变化;竖向通道对逆流火蔓延的影响主要是通道对火焰的拉长作用改变固体的热传导及火焰的对流和辐射传热,而通道壁面对火焰传热影响较小。研究结果可为导线火灾危险性评价和导线通道及导线布置的优化设计提供理论参考和数据支撑。In order to reveal the dynamic law of counterflow fire spread of parallel double wires in confined space and fill the research gap of wire spacing regulation mechanism,based on the experimental platform of vertical parallel wires fire spread with adjustable spacing,the counterflow fire spread characteristics of parallel double wires in vertical channel under different wire spacing conditions(0~28 mm)were studied,and the variation of flame spread characteristic parameters such as flame shape,flame width and length,flame spread rate and temperature distribution were analyzed.The results show that the counterflow fire spread of parallel double wires in vertical channel presents obvious four stages under the influence of wire spacing,and all the characteristic parameters such as flame shape,flame width and length,and flame spread rate present the variation trend of increasing first and then decreasing.Under the same wire spacing,due to the flow behavior of melting material,the related fire spread parameters present a slow wave-like growth trend during the spread process,but it does not affect the overall change caused by the wire spacing.The influence of vertical channel on the counterflow fire spread is mainly due to the elongation effect of the channel to the flame,which changes the heat conduction of solid and the convection and radiation heat transfer of flame,while the channel wall has little effect on the flame heat transfer.The research results can provide theoretical reference and data support for the evaluation of wire fire risk and the optimization design of wire channel and wire layout.
