摘 要:为系统研究我国动火作业事故发生的特点,采用数理统计方法对2000—2024年期间建筑、工贸、化工等重点行业领域动火作业引发的较大及以上生产安全事故从事故总体情况、事故原因2个方面多维度进行深入分析。研究结果表明:2000年以来,动火作业事故整体呈现略微上升趋势,事故类型以火灾为主,商场等人员密集场所火灾事故后果严重,违规动火是导致此类事故最主要的原因。针对建筑、工贸、化工重点领域呈现的事故特点,总结目前存在的主要问题并提出相应对策措施建议。研究结果可为进一步规范动火作业及制定风险管控措施提供相关数据与理论参考。In order to systematically study the characteristics of hot work accidents in China,the mathematical statistics method was used to analyze the relatively major and above production safety accidents caused by hot work in the key industries such as construction,industry and trade,and chemical industry from 2000 to 2024 from two aspects:the overall situation of accidents and the cause of accidents.The results show that since 2000,there has been a slight upward trend in the overall number of hot work accidents.The types of accidents are mainly fires.The consequences of fire accidents in the densely populated places such as shopping malls are serious,and the illegal hot work is the main cause of such accidents.According to the characteristics of accidents in the key industries of construction,industry and trade,and chemical industry,the main problems existing at present are summarized,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.The research results can provide relevant data and theoretical reference for further standardizing the hot work operations and formulating the risk management and control measures.
