摘 要:为深入分析并理解负压半密闭罩内气流与粉尘分布规律,进而实现高浓度粉尘环境的有效治理,以某水泥包装车间为例,进行数值模拟,研究半密闭罩内气流与粉尘的运移规律;开展现场采样、计量现场风速及粉尘质量浓度分布。研究结果表明:数值模拟和现场测量的结果吻合度较高;基于半密闭罩结构及人员操作位置特点,气流在罩内四角及工人作业区域附近形成涡流,使得粉尘滞留于涡流区域和墙角区域;在原有的通风环境下,粉尘在包机后方滞留区和涡流区积聚,经1号和2号排风口排出且呼吸带附近粉尘质量浓度超标。研究结果可为同类负压半密闭罩内的粉尘防控工作提供参考和借鉴。To deeply analyze and understand the distribution law of airflow and dust in the negative pressure semi-enclosed hood,and then realize the effective management of the high-concentration dust environment,taking a cement packaging workshop as an example,the numerical simulation was conducted to study the migration laws of airflow and dust in the semi-enclosed hood,and the on-site sampling and measurement on the distribution of on-site wind speed and dust concentration were carried out.The results show that the results of numerical simulation and on-site measurement have a high degree of coincidence.Based on the characteristics of the semi-enclosed hood structure and the operation position of personnel,the airflow forms a vortex near the four corners of cover and the working area of workers,so that the dust stays in the vortex area and the corner area.In the original ventilation environment,the dust accumulates in the retention area and the vortex area behind the charter plane,and is discharged through the No.1 and No.2 exhaust vents,and the mass concentration of dust near the respiratory belt exceeds the standard.The research results can provide reference for the dust prevention and control in similar negative pressure semi-occluded covers.
