典型地铁运营故障下地铁班组不同沟通模式失误对比分析——以地铁屏蔽门故障为例

摘  要:为探究地铁运营故障时地铁班组通过言语进行信息传递时出现的沟通失误情况,以地铁屏蔽门故障为典型故障场景,构建地铁班组单向和双向沟通模式的动态沟通事故概率计算模型,对比不同沟通模式下地铁班组沟通失误概率和信息损失量。研究结果表明:2种沟通模式的动态沟通失误概率和总沟通失误信息量都是随着沟通传递次数和沟通时间的增加而增长,并且单向沟通模式的增长趋势远远快于双向沟通模式,表明双向沟通中存在的反馈认知过程是调节地铁班组沟通系统结构、减少地铁班组沟通失误概率和沟通失误信息量的有效途径。研究结果可为地铁安全运营管理体系优化提供理论支撑。Aiming to explore the communication errors occurring during the verbal information transmission within metro teamsin the event of subway operation failure,taking the metro screen door failure as a typical scenario,a calculation model of dynamic communication accident probability was developed for both one-way and two-way communication modes of metro teams,and the communication error probability and information loss quantity of metro teams under different communication modes were compared.The results show that both the dynamic communication error probability and the total communication error information quantity of the two communication modes increase with the increase of communication transmission times and communication time,and the growth trend of one-way communication mode is much faster than that of two-way communication mode.The feedback cognitive process in two-way communication is indeed an effective way to adjust the structure of metro teams communication system,and reduce the probability of communication errors and the communication error information quantity.The research results can provide theoretical support for optimizing the safety operation management system of metros.
