摘　　要：目的探究Q开关755 nm翠绿宝石激光联合复方利多卡因乳膏治疗太田痣的效果。方法前瞻性抽取2021年3月至2023年3月汉中市中心医院收治的太田痣患者40例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组20例。做好术前准备,皮损部位外用5%复方利多卡因乳膏行表面麻醉后行激光治疗,对照组行Q开关掺钕钇铝石榴石1064 nm激光治疗,观察组行Q开关755 nm翠绿宝石激光治疗;每次治疗间隔时间为6个月,根据患者病情治疗2~6次。以随访第2次时皮损恢复情况作为评估结果,比较两组第2次激光治疗结束后6个月时的疗效。两次激光治疗期间,于术中、术后即刻评估术区疼痛情况[采用数字疼痛评分表(NRS)评分],取两次治疗的均值作为最终结果。每次激光治疗结束后需对患者进行每月1次的随访,记录治疗2次期间的不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率(95.00%,19/20)高于对照组(65.00%,13/20),P<0.05。两组术中、术后即刻术区NRS评分比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率(30.00%,6/20)与观察组(25.00%,5/20)比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Q开关755 nm翠绿宝石激光联合复方利多卡因乳膏治疗太田痣,可强化整体治疗效果,不会造成术区严重疼痛,更利于促进疾病恢复,安全性好。ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Q-switched 755 nm alexandrite laser combined with compound lidocaine cream in the treatment of nevus of ota.MethodsA prospective selection was conducted on forty patients with nevus of ota who were admitted to the Hanzhong General Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023.And they were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.Preoperative preparation was performed,and both groups were given 5%compound lidocaine cream on skin lesions for topical anesthesia,and then were given laser treatment.The control group was treated by Q-switched Nd yttrium aluminium garnet 1064 nm laser,and the observation group was treated by Q-switched 755 nm alexandrite laser.Patients in the two groups were treated for 2-6 times based on individual condition,once every seventh month.The skin lesion conditions after the first two treatments were taken as the treatment efficacy judgement reference.The efficacy of laser treatment of the two groups were compared 6 months after the end of the second laser treatment,with skin lesion recovery condition as efficacy judgement criteria.During the first two laser treatments,the pain of the surgical area during and immediately after the operation was evaluated by the numerical rating scale(NRS)score,and the mean value of the two therapies was recorded as the final result.After each laser treatment,the patients were followed up once a month,and the adverse reactions during the first two treatments were recorded.ResultsThe total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(95.00%,19/20)was higher than that in the control group(65.00%,13/20),P<0.05.There was no significant difference in NRS scores during and immediately after surgery between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions after laser treatment between the control group(30.00%,6/20)and the observation group(25.00%,5/20),P>0.05.ConclusionsThe combination of Q-switched 755 nm ale
