摘　　要：目的探讨针灸推拿联合功能训练治疗小儿脑瘫运动障碍的效果。方法队列研究。抽取2021年8月至2023年8月商丘市第一人民医院收治的66例小儿脑瘫运动障碍患儿,按照双色球法分为对照组(功能性训练治疗)与观察组(针灸推拿联合功能性训练治疗),每组33例。比较两组疗效,运动功能[粗大运动功能评定量表(GMFM)评分]、痉挛情况[痉挛指数(CSI)]、日常生活能力[脑瘫患儿日常生活能力评定量表评分(ADL评分)]。结果观察组总有效率(96.97%,32/33)高于对照组(75.76%,25/33),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月,观察组GMFM评分、ADL评分高于对照组,CSI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿脑瘫运动障碍除了功能性训练治疗外,联合中医针灸推拿方案,可进一步改善运动功能与日常生活能力,纠正其痉挛情况,从而更好地提高疗效。ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of acupuncture and massage combined with functional training on children with cerebral palsy complicated by dyskinesia.MethodsA total of 66 children with cerebral palsy complicated by dyskinesia admitted to Shangqiu First People’s Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected for the cohort study,and they were divided into the control group(treated by functional training treatment)and the observation group(treated by acupuncture and massage combined with functional training)according to the bi-color ball method,with 33 cases in each group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.The motor function assessed by gross motor function measure(GMFM)score,core symptom index(CSI),and activities of daily living score for children with cerebral palsy of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group(96.97%,32/33)was higher than that of the control group(75.76%,25/33),P<0.05.After 3 months of treatment,the GMFM score and ADL score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while the CSI score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionsIn addition to functional training treatment,performing traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and massage simultaneously for children with cerebral palsy complicated by dyskinesia can further improve motor function and daily living ability,correct their spasticity,and better improve the curative effect.
