摘 要:为了探索不同干旱胁迫下接种不同AM真菌对文冠果幼苗生长和根系生理的影响,本文以盆栽的文冠果幼苗为试验植物,采用根内根孢囊霉(Rhiaophagus intraradices,Ri)、地表多样孢囊霉(Diversispora versiformis,Dv)、摩西斗管囊霉(Funneliformis mosseae,Fm)和混合菌剂(RFD)为试验菌剂,分别对接种AM真菌后的文冠果幼苗进行正常供水及轻度、中度、重度干旱胁迫,分析各处理对文冠果幼苗生物量、根系形态、渗透调节物质和抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明:3种菌剂和混合菌剂均可以与文冠果幼苗形成共生关系,随着干旱胁迫的加重,菌根侵染率先增后减,各菌剂的侵染效果各异;干旱胁迫抑制了植株生长,单接菌和混合接菌均能促进植物地上生物量、根系生物量、根系总长、根总表面积和根总体积的增加;接种AM真菌较未接种促进文冠果积累可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白,降低了脯氨酸和丙二醛含量,提高了SOD和POD活性,从而提高文冠果幼苗的抗旱性;通过隶属函数综合分析可知,混合菌剂提高文冠果幼苗抗旱性的效果最佳。In order to explore the effects of different AM fungi on the growth and root physiology of Xanthoceras sorbifolia seedlings under different drought stresses,potted X.sorbifolia seedlings were used as experimental plants,Rhiaophagus intraradices(Ri)、Di-versispora versiformis(Dv)、Funneliformis mosseae(Fm)and mixed microbial agents(RFD)were used as experimental microbial agents.X.sorbifolia seedlings inoculated with AM fungi were subjected to normal water supply and mild,moderate and severe drought stress,respectively.The effects of each treatment on biomass,root morphology,osmotic adjustment substances and anti-oxidant enzyme activities of X.sorbifolia seedlings were analyzed.The results showed that three kinds of microbial agents and mixed microbial agents could form symbiotic relationship with X.sorbifolia seedlings.With the aggravation of drought stress,the mycorrhizal infection rate increased first and then decreased,and the infection effects of each microbial agent were different.Drought stress inhibited plant growth.Single and mixed inoculation could promote the increase of plant aboveground biomass,root biomass,total root length,total root surface area and total root volume.Compared with the non-inoculated group,AM fungi inoculation promoted the accumulation of soluble sugar and soluble protein,reduced the content of proline and malondialdehyde,and increased the activity of SOD and POD,thereby improving the drought resistance of X.sorbifolia seedlings.Through the com-prehensive analysis of membership function,it can be seen that the mixed bacteria agent has the best effect on improving the drought resistance of X.sorbifolia seedlings.
