摘　　要：为深入探究内生真菌聚多曲霉菌(Aspergillus sydowii)SDYS180的活性成分,揭示其生物活性物质的多样性和功能,本文通过LC-MS、GC-MS和HPLC等分析技术,对SDYS180菌丝体和发酵液中的活性成分进行了检测。结果表明:SDYS180菌丝体和发酵液中共鉴定出37种生物活性物质,包括黄酮类、酚酸类、多酚类、芳香酸类、萜类等。SDYS180挥发性代谢产物包括水、草酸、2,3-丁二醇、5-羟甲基-2-呋喃甲酸等物质。SDYS180发酵液含玉米素48.709μg/mL,菌丝体含有脱落酸4.832μg/mL和玉米素8.953μg/mL。SDYS180具有溶磷和固氮作用,能产生铁载体,对植物生长调节具有重要作用。SDYS180是一株富含多种活性物质的内生真菌,具有广泛的应用前景。In order to deeply investigate the active components of the endophytic fungi Aspergillus sydowii SDYS180,and to reveal the diversity and functions of its bioactive substances.The active components in the mycelium and fermentation broth of SDYS180 were examined by using LC-MS,GC-MS and HPLC analytical techniques.The results showed that a total of 37 bioactive substances were identified from the secondary metabolites in the mycelium and fermentation broth of SDYS180.These included flavonoids,phenolic acids,polyphenols,aromatic acids,terpenoids and amino acids and their derivatives.The volatile metabolites of SDYS180 comprised water,oxalic acid,2,3-butanediol,and 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furancarboxylic acid.The fermentation broth of SDYS180 contained zeatin at a concentration of 48.709μg/mL,and the mycelium contained abscisic acid at 4.832μg/mL and zeatin at 8.953μg/mL.SDYS180 also possessed the effects of phosphorus solubilization and nitrogen fixation.It produced iron carriers,which are important for plant growth regulation.SDYS180 was an endophytic fungal strain rich in a variety of active substances,demonstrating signifi-cantpotential forvarious applications.
