摘  要:为探究藏柳(Salix zangica)和乌柳(Salix cheilophila)在干旱胁迫下的生理响应,本文以一年生扦插苗为试材,采用盆栽控水法设置对照组(土壤含水量在70%~80%)、轻度干旱胁迫(土壤含水量在50%~60%)、中度干旱胁迫(土壤含水量在30%~40%)和重度干旱胁迫(土壤含水量在20%~30%)4个处理,研究藏柳和乌柳在以上4种处理下0 d、7 d、14 d、21 d、28 d的形态特征及生理特性。结果表明:(1)随着干旱胁迫程度加剧和胁迫时间的延长,藏柳和乌柳的叶片颜色变深,并发生卷曲和脱落现象;藏柳和乌柳的叶面积、相对含水量随着干旱程度的加剧而下降,在各个时间段上,相同处理下的藏柳叶片相对含水量都明显高于乌柳。(2)随着干旱胁迫程度的增强,藏柳和乌柳的叶片叶绿素含量和可溶性蛋白含量降低,SOD活性、POD活性、脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖浓度和MDA含量上升;在各个时间段上,相同处理下的藏柳叶绿素含量均低于乌柳,随着干旱胁迫时间的延长,藏柳的脯氨酸含量和可溶性糖浓度上升幅度高于乌柳,MDA含量上升幅度低于乌柳。基于以上研究得出,藏柳和乌柳在干旱胁迫下的生理响应较相似,并且总体来看,藏柳在干旱胁迫下的适应能力优于乌柳。研究为二者在生态恢复和资源利用等方面提供数据支持。To investigate the physiological responses of Salix zangica and Salix cheilophila to the drought stresses,one-year-old cut-tings were used as experimental materials,and a pot-irrigation method was emloyed to establish four treatment groups,control group(soil moisture content of 70%~80%),mild drought stress(soil moisture content of 50%~60%),moderate drought stress(soil mois-ture content of 30%~40%),and severe drought stress(soil moisture content of 20%~30%).The morphological characteristics and physiological properties of Salix zangica and Salix cheilophila were assessed at 0 d,7 d,14 d,21 d,and 28 d under the above four treatments.The results showed that,As the intensity and the duration of drought stress increased,the leaves of Salix zangica and Salix cheilophila darkened in color,curled,and eventually fell off.The leaf area and relative water content of Salix zangica and Sa-lix cheilophila decreased as the intensity of drought stress increasing.The relative water content of Salix zangica leaves was signifi-cantly higher than that of Salix cheilophila under the same treatment across all time points.②As the intensity of drought stress in-creased,the chlorophyll content and soluble protein content of Salix zangica and Salix cheilophila decreased,while the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),Peroxidase(POD),proline content,soluble sugar concentration,and Malondialdehyde(MDA)con-tent increased.The chlorophyll content of Salix zangica was lower than that of Salix cheilophila under the same treatment at all time points.Furthermore,the proline content and soluble sugar concentration of Salix zangica increased more significantly than that of Sa-lix cheilophila as the duration of drought stress increased,while the MDA content increased less than that of Salix cheilophila.Based on the above research,it was concluded that the physiological responses of Salix zangica and Salix cheilophila to drought stress were similar,however,Salix zangica demonstrated a greater adaptability to drought conditions than Salix cheilophi
