摘 要:为了探究垂直轴风电机组扭转型叶片气动性能,本文提出了扭转S型风轮与H型风轮2种不同外形叶片,在基于N-S方程和Realizable k-ε湍流模型的理论基础上,利用CFD对2种风轮进行数值仿真分析。结果表明:相同条件下,扭转S型风轮风能利用系数能达到0.28,H型风轮风能利用系数为0.23,扭转S型风轮风能利用系数提升21.7%。加工制造了500 W垂直轴扭转S型风轮风电机组并进行试验测试,扭转S型风轮在风速10.5 m/s时功率达到最大,为345.68 W,其风能利用系数达到0.17。To investigate the aerodynamic performance of vertical axis wind turbines(VAWT)with twisted blades,two different blade shapes of twisted S-shaped rotor and an H-shaped rotor were proposed.Based on the Navier-Stokes equations and the Realiz-able k-8 turbulence model,the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method was used to conduct numerical simulations.The results indicated that under identical conditions,the twisted S-shaped rotor achieved a wind energy utilization coefficient of o.28,while the H-shaped rotor reached a coefficient of 0.23,representing a 21.7%increase in the wind energy utilization.A 500 W vertical axis wind turbine with a twisted S-shaped rotor was manufactured and tested.Experimental results showed that the twisted S-shaped rotor achieved a maximum power output of 345.68 W at a wind speed of 10.5 m/s,with the wind energy utilization coefficient of 0.17.
