摘  要:卵母细胞的数量和(或)质量下降是卵巢衰老的主要特征,是现代女性生育力下降的重要原因。女性生育能力受年龄、疾病、环境等多种因素影响,调控机制复杂且多样,如何有效干预女性生殖寿命已成为妇科生殖领域的热点问题。沉默信息调节因子家族(silence information regulators,Sirtuins)具有多种酶活性,参与体内基因修复、能量代谢以及生殖能力调节等多种过程。Sirtuins通过介导相关信号通路蛋白底物去乙酰化参与细胞代谢、干预并调控卵母细胞减数分裂及抗氧化酶活性,在调节卵母细胞发育及成熟中发挥重要作用。综述近年来Sirtuins影响女性生殖衰老的相关研究进展,并探讨其在生殖寿命干预中的潜在应用价值,为进一步延缓女性生殖衰老、提高女性生育能力提供理论依据。The decline in the quantity and/or quality of oocytes is the main feature of ovarian aging and an important factor contributing to reduced fertility in modern women.Female fertility is affected by various factors such as age,disease,and environment,and the regulatory mechanisms are complex and diverse.How to effectively intervene in female reproductive lifespan has become a hot issue in the field of gynecological reproduction.The silence information regulators(Sirtuins)has various enzymatic activities and is involved in processes such as gene repair,energy metabolism,and reproductive ability regulation in vivo.It plays an important role in regulating oocyte development and maturation by mediating the deacetylation of related signaling pathway protein substrates to participate in cell metabolism,intervene,and regulate oocyte meiosis and antioxidant enzyme activity.This article summarizes the research progress on how Sirtuins affect female reproductive aging in recent years and explores their potential application value in reproductive lifespan intervention,so as to provide a theoretical basis for further delaying female reproductive aging and improving female fertility.
