船用AH36/316L不锈钢复合板焊接修复研究

摘  要:由于船用AH36/316L不锈钢金属复合板具有相对突出的性价比,故被广泛应用于船舶领域.但因为不锈钢复合板的复层和基层的理化性能和化学成分有较大差异,导致在焊接过程中复层焊缝难免受到基层母材和基层焊缝的影响出现焊接缺陷等问题.为了研究焊接修复后的焊接接头是否还能满足相关标准要求,采用药芯焊丝电弧焊(flux-cored arc welding,FCAW)焊接,焊材为GFS-309MoL和GFS-316L对船用AH36/316L不锈钢复合板的过渡层和复层焊缝进行1~2次焊接修复试验,对修复后接头的微观组织、力学性能和耐蚀性能进行分析.结果表明:采用FCAW焊接方法对AH36/316L不锈钢复合板进行1~2次修复并不影响焊接接头的力学性能;1~2次焊接修复后复层焊缝物相组成主要是γ相;但经过2次修复后,不锈钢复层侧焊缝的铁素体含量增大,晶间腐蚀试验在熔合线处发现了断裂和宏观裂纹,扫描电镜观察断口形貌后,断裂机制为准脆性解理断裂,这与熔合线处的C元素较大范围内含量明显升高有关.故采用FCAW焊接方法对AH36/316L不锈钢复合板复层焊缝进行焊接修复时,不推荐进行2次焊接修复.Since marine AH36/316L stainless steel metal composite plates have relatively outstanding cost performance,they are widely used in the marine field.However,because the physical and chemical properties and chemical composition of stainless steel composite plate composite layers and grass-roots levels are quite different.In the welding process,the composite layer weld is inevitably affected by the base material and grass-roots weld welding defects and other problems.In order to study whether the welded joints after welding repair can still meet the requirements of the relevant standards,1~2 welding repair tests were carried out on the weld seam of the transition layer and the compound layer of the marine AH36/316L stainless steel composite plate by using the FCAW welding method and GFS-309MoL and GFS-316L two welding materials,and after the repair of the joints,the microstructure,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance were analyzed.The results show that 1~2 repairs of AH36/316L stainless steel composite plate by FCAW welding method do not affect the mechanical properties of welded joints.After 1~2 welding repairs,the composition of the physical phase of the compound weld is mainly γ phase;however,the ferrite content of stainless steel composite side weld is increased after 2 repairs,and intergranular corrosion test has found the fracture and macroscopic crack at the fusion line,and after the SEM,the fracture morphology indicated that the fracture mechanism was quasi-brittle deconstructive fracture,which was related to the significantly higher content of C elements in a larger range at the fusion line.Therefore,when using FCAW welding method for welding repair of AH36/316L stainless steel composite plate compound weld,2 welding repairs is not recommended.
