摘  要:为了研究轻钢混凝土铆接组合节点的受拉力学性能及计算方法,考虑了混凝土强度、钢板厚度及板厚比等因素,对6组组合节点试件进行受拉试验,研究了各试件的荷载-位移曲线、承载力和破坏模式.基于纯铆连接计算方法,考虑了混凝土的影响,提出了铆接组合节点的计算方法.研究结果表明:轻钢混凝土铆接组合节点的荷载-位移曲线分为5个明显阶段;组合节点的破坏主要为锁铆处较薄钢板破坏,与纯铆试件铆钉脱离破坏有较大差别;外部混凝土和板厚比对组合节点的受拉性能影响较大,有混凝土包裹的铆接试件承载能力是纯铆接的2~3倍,板厚比为1时力学性能最好;外部混凝土能有效提高内部铆接节点的极限承载力,并且改善铆钉失效后承载力快速下降的情况;考虑混凝土影响的受拉承载力计算方法具有较高的预测精度.In order to study the tensile mechanical properties and calculation methods of light steel concrete riveted composite joints,the tensile tests of 6 groups of composite joint specimens were carried out considering the factors such as concrete strength,steel plate thickness and plate thickness ratio.The load-displacement curve,bearing capacity and failure mode of each specimen were studied.Based on the calculation method of pure riveting connection,considering the influence of concrete,the calculation method of riveting composite joints is proposed.The results show that the load-displacement curve of light steel concrete riveted composite joints is divided into five obvious stages.The failure of the composite joint is mainly the failure of the thin steel plate at the lock riveting,which is quite different from the rivet detachment failure of the pure riveting specimen.The ratio of external concrete and plate thickness has a great influence on the tensile properties of the composite joints.The bearing capacity of the riveted specimens wrapped with concrete is 2~3 times that of the pure riveted specimens,and the mechanical properties are the best when the plate thickness ratio is 1.External concrete can effectively improve the ultimate bearing capacity of internal riveted joints,and improve the rapid decline of bearing capacity after rivet failure.The calculation method of tensile bearing capacity considering the influence of concrete has high prediction accuracy.
