摘 要:陶瓷材料因其具有很好的耐磨性、耐酸碱性、化学稳定性、等优异性能,成为当代技术发展中使用广泛的材料,但由于传统的陶瓷加工方法难以满足复杂精密陶瓷的生产需求。增材制造技术作为一种新型成型方法,具有广泛的应用前景。光固化打印技术是增材制造技术的一种,可以制造出具有精度高、表面光洁度好、力学性能优异的复杂陶瓷零件,是制造高性能陶瓷零件的重要技术手段之一。本文主要讨论了3D打印成型技术,以及光固化打印中光敏树脂体系的选择,并对今后陶瓷光固化三维打印技术的前景与应用进行了展望。Ceramic materials are widely used in modern technology due to their excellent wear resistance,acid and alkali resistance,chemical stability,etc.However,traditional ceramic processing methods are difficult to meet the production needs of complex and precise ceramics.Additive manufacturing technology,as a new forming method,has broad application prospects.Light curing printing technology is one of the additive manufacturing technologies,which can manufacture complex ceramic parts with high precision,good surface smoothness,and excellent mechanical properties,and is one of the important technical means for manufacturing high-performance ceramic parts.This paper mainly discusses the 3D printing forming technology and the selection of photo-curable resin systems in light curing printing,and prospects and applications of ceramic light curing three-dimensional printing technology in the future.
