摘 要:CuAlO_(2)具有宽带隙的特点并且制备成本低廉,在透明导电氧化物、光催化剂、微电子器件等领域具有较大的发展潜力。本文介绍了CuAlO_(2)的两种制备方法。首先用固相反应法将Al2O3粉体与CuO粉体混合烧结制备CuAlO_(2)陶瓷,利用X射线衍射仪分析了CuAlO_(2)陶瓷在不同烧结参数下的物相,结果表明CuAlO_(2)在1100℃烧结8h时纯度最高。随后在Al2O3陶瓷基板上涂布CuO浆料,经过高温烧结制备了CuAlO_(2)厚膜,为验证烧结时间对厚膜显微性能的影响,利用扫描电镜分析厚膜的厚度与表面形貌,利用激光共聚焦显微镜分析了厚膜的粗糙度。实验结果表明CuAlO_(2)厚膜在1100℃烧结2h时最为光滑致密。CuAlO_(2),characterized by wide bandgap and low preparation cost,has great potential for development in the fields of transparent conductive oxides,photocatalysts,and microelectronic devices.In this paper,two preparation methods of CuAlO_(2) are introduced.Firstly,CuAlO_(2) ceramics were prepared by mixing and sintering Al2O3 powder and CuO powder by solid-phase reaction method,and the physical phases of CuAlO_(2) ceramics were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer under different sintering parameters,and the results showed that CuAlO_(2) had the highest purity when it was sintered at 1100℃for 8h.Subsequently,CuO slurry was coated on the Al2O3 ceramic substrate,and the CuAlO_(2) thick film was prepared after high temperature sintering.To verify the effect of sintering time on the microscopic properties of the thick film,scanning electron microscope(SEM)was used to analyze the thickness and surface morphology of the thick film,and the roughness of the thick film was analyzed by laser confocal microscopy.The experimental results show that the CuAlO_(2) thick film is most smooth and dense when sintered at 1100℃for 2h.
