肛泰软膏外用联合槐榆颗粒熏洗治疗混合痔术后肿胀的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨肛泰软膏外用联合槐榆颗粒熏洗治疗混合痔术后肿胀的临床效果。方法选取2023年1月至2024年3月萍乡市中医院行混合痔外剥内扎术治疗的60例混合痔患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组接受肛泰软膏外用治疗,观察组接受肛泰软膏外用联合槐榆颗粒熏洗治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、手术前后疼痛程度以及术后水肿变化情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后第1、3、10天时的VAS评分均低于本组术前,术后第3、10天时的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于本组术后第1天,术后第10天的VAS评分低于本组术后第3天,且观察组术后第1、3、10天时的VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后第3、7、10天时的水肿评分均低于本组术后第1天,术后第7、10天时的水肿评分均低于本组术后第3天,术后第10天的水肿评分低于本组术后第7天,且观察组术后第3、7、10天时的水肿评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肛泰软膏外用联合槐榆颗粒熏洗治疗混合痔术后肿胀疗效显著,能够有效改善患者疼痛和肿胀症状,值得临床推荐。Objective To explore the clinical effect of external application of Anal Tai Ointment combined with Huaiyu granules fumigation and washing in the treatment of postoperative swelling in mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids treated by external exfoliating and internal ligation in Pingxiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received external treatment with Anal Tai Ointment,and the observation group received external treatment with Anal Tai Ointment and fumigation with Huaiyu Granules.The clinical efficacy,pain degree before and after operation and postoperative edema were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Visual analogue scale(VAS)scores at the 1st,3rd and 10th day after surgery in both groups were lower than before surgery,VAS scores at the 3rd and 10th day after surgery were lower than at the 1st day after surgery,VAS scores at the 10th day after surgery were lower than at the 3rd day after surgery,VAS scores at the 1st,3rd and 10th day after surgery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Edema scores at the 3rd,7th and 10th day after surgery in both groups were lower than at the 1st day after surgery,edema scores at the 7th and 10th day after surgery were lower than at the 3rd day after surgery,edema scores at the 10th day after surgery were lower than at the 7th day after surgery,and edema scores at the 3rd,7th and 10th day after surgery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of external application of Anal Tai Ointment and fumigation with Huaiyu
