百令胶囊联合西格列汀在早期糖尿病肾病中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨百令胶囊联合西格列汀在早期糖尿病肾病(DN)中的应用效果。方法选取2023年4月至2024年7月抚州市立医院收治的68例早期DN患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。对照组采用基础治疗联合西格列汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合百令胶囊治疗。比较两组患者肾功能指标、炎症因子、免疫功能和不良反应。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的胱抑素C(CysC)及尿微量白蛋白(mALb)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间均无明显不良反应发生。结论百令胶囊联合西格列汀在早期DN中的治疗效果较为显著,有利于降低炎症因子水平,减轻机体炎症反应,对改善肾功能与免疫功能具有积极作用,且联合用药的安全性较高,能够为临床后续治疗提供有力参考。Objective To investigate the effect of Bailing Capsules combined with Sitagliptin in early diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods A total of 68 patients with early DN admitted to Fuzhou Municipal Hospital from April 2023 to July 2024 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basic treatment combined with Sitagliptin,and the observation group was treated with Bailing Capsules on the basis of control group.Renal function indexes,inflammatory factors,immune function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of cystatin C(CysC)and urinary microalbumin(mALb)in observation group were lower than those in control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,with statistical significances(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in observation group were higher than those in control group,and CD8^(+)level was lower than that in control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred during treatment in both groups.Conclusion Bailing Capsules combined with Sitagliptin has significant therapeutic effect in the early stage of DN,which is conducive to reducing the level of inflammatory factors,alleviating the inflammatory response of the body,and has a positive effect on improving renal function and immune function.Moreover,the combination has high safety,and can provide a strong reference for clinical follow-up treatment.
