摘　　要：目的探讨柴胡桂枝汤辅助推拿手法治疗寒湿痹阻证肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法选择2023年9月至2024年3月菏泽医专附属医院收治的80例寒湿痹阻证肩关节周围炎患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用推拿手法治疗,观察组采用柴胡桂枝汤辅助推拿手法联合治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后临床疗效、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Constant-Murley肩关节功能(CMS)评分、中医证候积分。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组VAS评分和中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组CMS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柴胡桂枝汤辅助推拿手法治疗寒湿痹阻证肩关节周围炎患者可显著提升临床疗效,改善患者肩关节功能,缓解疼痛,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Chaihu Guizhi Decoction assisted massage in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder joint with cold dampness obstruction syndrome.Methods A total of 80 patients with periarthritis of shoulder joint with cold dampness obstruction syndrome from September 2023 to March 2024 in the Affiliated Hospital of Heze Medical College were selected as the research objects and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with massage,and the observation group was treated with Chaihu Guizhi Decoction combined with massage.The clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Constant-Murley score(CMS)score and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).VAS score and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The CMS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chaihu Guizhi Decoction assisted massage can significantly improve the clinical effect,improve the function of shoulder joint,relieve pain and improve the quality of life of patients with cold dampness obstruction syndrome of periarthritis of shoulder joint.
