补肾活血通络方结合温灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究补肾活血通络方结合温灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法选择2021年8月至2024年7月泉州市第一医院收治的110例膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为观察对象,采用抽签法将患者分为对照组和研究组,每组各55例。对照组给予双氯芬酸钠缓释片进行治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予补肾活血通络方结合温灸治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗总有效率、中医症状积分、关节炎指数、关节功能障碍及生活质量。结果研究组关节疼痛、肿胀、晨僵、屈伸不利、压痛及功能障碍症状积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)、Lequesne评分均低于对照组,关节炎影响测量量表2(AIMS2)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾活血通络方结合温灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎效果确切,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue Tongluo Recipe combined with warm moxibustion on knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 110 patients with knee osteoarthritis treated in Quanzhou First Hospital from August 2021 to July 2024 were selected as the observation objects,and the patients were divided into control group and study group by drawing lots,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Diclofenac Sodium sustained release tablets,and the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Bushen Huoxue Tongluo Recipe combined with warm moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,symptom score,arthritis index,joint dysfunction and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of joint pain,swelling,morning stiffness,adverse flexion and extension,tenderness and dysfunction in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Western Ontario and McMaster University osteoarthritis index scale(WOMAC)and Lequesne score in the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the arthritis impact measurement scale 2(AIMS2)score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Huoxue Tongluo Recipe combined with warm moxibustion has a definite effect on knee osteoarthritis and is worth popularizing.
