基于中医整体观的护理模式对肺癌患者化疗后癌因性疲乏及生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的针对肺癌化疗后存在的癌因性疲乏及生存质量低下问题分析中医整体观护理模式应用价值。方法回顾性分析2022年6月至2023年12月晋江市医院中医肿瘤血液内科收治的105例肺癌化疗患者的病例资料,根据护理方式的不同分为对照组(50例)和研究组(55例)。对照组接受常规护理,研究组开展基于中医整体观护理模式。比较两组患者干预前后中医证候积分、癌因性疲乏量表评分与生存质量评分。结果护理后,两组患者自汗、懒言、神疲、气短、乏力中医证候积分均低于本组护理前,且研究组自汗、懒言、神疲、气短、乏力中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者癌因性疲乏量表各维度评分均低于本组护理前,且研究组癌因性疲乏量表各维度评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者生存质量各维度评分均高于本组护理前,且研究组生存质量各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于肺癌化疗患者采取中医整体观护理模式,不仅能够改善患者疲乏症状,还可提升患者生存质量,临床值得进一步推广。Objective To analyze the application value of nursing mode based on holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine for cancer-related fatigue and quality of life after chemotherapy for lung cancer.Methods The data of 105 patients with lung cancer treated with chemotherapy from June 2022 to December 2023 in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Oncology and Hematology of Jinjiang Hospital were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into control group(50 cases)and study group(55 cases)according to different nursing methods.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group carried out nursing mode based on holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,cancer fatigue scale score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After nursing,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of spontaneous sweating,lazy talk,mental fatigue,shortness of breath and fatigue in two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of spontaneous sweating,lazy talk,mental fatigue,shortness of breath and fatigue in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of cancer-induced fatigue scale in both groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores of cancer-induced fatigue scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of all dimensions of quality of life in two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with lung cancer chemotherapy,adopting the nursing mode based on holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine can not only improve the fatigue symptoms of patients,but also improve the qua
