摘　　要：目的探讨基于COM-B模型的“互联网+”延续护理方案在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2023年9月至2024年6月在广州市番禺区第五人民医院诊疗的92例PCOS患者,运用随机数字表法分为对照组(46例)和观察组(46例)。对照组实施常规延续护理干预,观察组实施基于COM-B模型的“互联网+”延续护理干预。比较两组的体重指数(BMI)、血清睾酮水平、胰岛素抵抗指数、自我管理能力及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组的BMI、血清睾酮水平及胰岛素抵抗指数均低于对照组,成年人健康自我管理能力测评量表各分量表评分和总分、中文版PCOS患者生存质量量表评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对PCOS患者实施基于COM-B模型的“互联网+”延续护理方案干预,有助于改善患者的BMI和内分泌代谢状态,提高自我管理能力和生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of"Internet+"continuous nursing program based on COM-B model in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods A total of 92 patients with PCOS treated in the Guangzhou Panyu District Fifth People's Hospital from September 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into control group(46 cases)and observation group(46 cases)by random number table method.The control group received routine continuous nursing intervention,while the observation group received"Internet+"continuous nursing intervention based on COM-B model.The body mass index(BMI),serum testosterone levels,insulin resistance index,self-management ability,and quality of life were compared between two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,BMI,serum testosterone levels,and insulin resistance index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the scores of each subscale and the total score of the adult health self-management skill rating scale,and the score of the Chinese version of the PCOS patients'quality of life scale were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the"Internet+"continuing care program based on COM-B model can help PCOS patients improve their BMI and endocrine metabolic status,and improve their self-management ability and quality of life.
