摘 要:对超薄取向硅钢进行不同工艺的冷轧及820℃再结晶退火处理,研究了冷轧工艺对超薄取向硅钢磁性能及织构的影响。结果表明,不同冷轧工艺下,冷轧态试验钢均形成{111}<112>织构,并含有大量的剪切带组织。为获得优异的磁性能,不同的冷轧工艺需匹配不同的退火工艺,首道次压下率43%~52%、退火时间25 min和首道次压下率29%~37%、退火时间20 min时,均可获得70%~75%比例η线织构且平均晶粒尺寸~35μm的组织,此时带材磁性能达到最佳,磁感应强度B_(800)≥1.80 T、铁损P_(1.5/400)≤12.5 W/kg。首道次轧制压下率越小,相应的退火时间越短,组织均匀性越好,工业生产时可适当降低首道次冷轧压下率。An ultra-thin grain-oriented silicon steel was subjected to different cold rolling processes and recrystallization annealing at 820℃,and the effect of cold rolling process on the magnetic properties and texture of the tested steel was studied.The results show that under different cold rolling processes,{111}<112>texture is formed and a large amount of shear bands is contained in the cold-rolled steels.In order to obtain excellent magnetic properties,different cold rolling processes need to be matched with different annealing processes.When the first pass reduction rate is 43%-52%and annealing time is 25 min,or the first pass reduction rate is 29%-37%and annealing time is 20 min,the microstructure with 70%-75%η-fibre texture and average grain size of 35μm can be obtained,which leads that the magnetic properties of the ultra-thin grain-oriented silicon steel reach the optimal state,with the magnetic induction intensity B_(800)≥1.80 T and the iron loss P_(1.5/400)≤12.5 W/kg.The smaller reduction rate of first pass cold rolling,the shorter annealing time and the better uniformity of the microstructure.In industrial production,the reduction rate of first pass cold rolling could be properly reduced.
