摘 要:为了解决多类型电力运检装备评估准确率低的问题,提出一种基于熵权法的电力运检装备质量评价方法。通过中台采集电力运检装备的数据,并对数据质量进行评估,对于不满足规范的数据进行补录;采用层次凝聚聚类获取电力运检装备的典型评估指标,在此基础上,采用熵权法调整典型评估指标权重,并进行评估。在某省电科院应用所提方法,结果表明电力运检装备质量评价平均准确率为94.2%。所提方法能有效提高电力运检装备的评估准确性,提升电力运检精益化水平。In order to solve the problem of low evaluation accuracy of multi-type electric power operation inspection equipment,an evaluation method of electric power operation inspection equipment quality based on entropy weight method is proposed.This paper collects the data of electric power operation inspection equipment through the middle platform,evaluates the data quality,and supplements the data that do not meet the specification.The typical evaluation indexes of electric power operation inspection equipment are obtained by hierarchical agglomerative clustering.On this basis,the entropy weight method is used to adjust the weight of typical evaluation indexes,and the evaluation is carried out.This paper method is applied in a provincial electric power research institute and the results show that the accuracy rate of quality evaluation of electric power operation inspection equipment is 94.2%.This paper method can effectively improve the evaluation accuracy of electric power operation inspection equipment,and improve the lean level of electric power operation and inspection.
