摘  要:以避免电力系统受到虚假数据攻击为目的,设计考虑虚假数据攻击的电力系统专用网络监控系统。系统物理层的电力黑匣子以串口方式与网络仪表挂接共同采集电力系统运行参数,通过采集单元初始设置黑匣子参数信息,运用复杂事件处理(CEP)技术将其封装为事件传输给用户接入层控制中心的CEP引擎,通过基于扩展卡尔曼滤波的虚假数据攻击检测方法实现电力系统运行状态的监控。实验结果表明,所设计系统的数据采集能力突出,当电力黑匣子数量为25时,具有最佳采集效果,可有效检测出隐藏的虚假数据。In order to prevent the power system from being attacked by false data,a private network monitoring system for power system considering false data attack is designed.The power black box in the physical layer of the system is connected with the network instrumentation in the form of serial port to jointly collect the operation parameters of the power system.The black box parameter information is initially set through the acquisition unit,encapsulated as an event and transmitted to the complex event processing(CEP)engine of the user access layer control center by CEP technology.The false data attack detection method based on extended Kalman filter is used to monitor the operation state of the power system.The experimental results show that the data acquisition ability of the designed system is outstanding.When the number of power black boxes is 25,it has the best acquisition effect and can effectively detect hidden false data.
