摘　　要：四平市拥有丰富的冰雪资源,并具备了冰雪产业与旅游业融合发展的坚实基础。当前,以叶赫皇家山滑雪场为代表的四平市冰雪产业,其配套设施不断完善,娱乐项目日趋多元。尽管旅游业呈现出蓬勃发展的态势,但旅游服务质量仍有待进一步提高。该文拟从资源整合、产品创新、产业链延伸及区域协同等4个方面,构建四平市冰雪产业与旅游业深度融合的发展模式。同时,通过加强政策支持、简化审批流程、完善基础设施、强化品牌建设以及推动科技创新应用等策略,为四平市冰雪经济的高质量发展提供有力支撑,促进地方经济增长与旅游产业升级。Siping City has abundant ice and snow resources and a solid foundation for the integrated development of the ice and snow industry and tourism industry.Currently,the ice and snow industry in Siping City,represented by Yehe Royal Mountain Ski Resort,is continuously improving its supporting facilities and offering increasingly diverse entertainment projects.Although the tourism industry is booming,the quality of tourism services still needs to be further improved.This article intends to construct a development model for the deep integration of the ice and snow industry and tourism industry in Siping City from four aspects:resource integration,product innovation,industrial chain extension,and regional collaboration.At the same time,by strengthening policy support,simplifying approval processes,improving infrastructure,strengthening brand building,and promoting technological innovation applications,it provides strong support for the high-quality development of Siping City's ice and snow economy,and promotes local economic growth and the tourism industry upgrading.
