体育产业大发展背景下学校运动训练专业建设研究

摘　　要：随着社会经济的不断进步和人们健康意识的日益提升,体育产业在全球范围内迎来了前所未有的发展机遇。在此背景下,学校运动训练专业的建设显得愈发重要。该文研究了体育产业大发展背景下学校运动训练专业的建设状况,提出了以下路径:优化人才供给模式、创新教育培训模式、促进人才流动与共享,以及改革评价与激励机制,旨在提升学校运动训练专业的建设水平,以契合体育产业大发展对人才的需求。With the continuous progress of social economy and the increasing awareness of people's health,the sports industry has ushered in unprecedented development opportunities on a global scale.Under this background,the construction of school sports training majors is particularly important.This paper studies the construction status of school sports training major under the background of great development of sports industry,and puts forward the following paths:optimizing talent supply mode,innovating education and training mode,promoting talent flow and sharing,and reforming evaluation and incentive mechanism,so as to improve the construction level of school sports training major to meet the demand for talents in the great development of sports industry.
