产教融合视域下地方“双一流”建设高校的内部创业治理模式研究

摘　　要：在产教融合视域下,创业治理模式的构建既是地方“双一流”建设高校适应外部环境的手段,也是利用外部环境的结果。就内部创业治理模式而言,地方“双一流”建设高校的学术机构、行政机构、创业机构间的权力既相互协调又相互制衡,尤其是通过设立创业机构、完善创业制度等方式,使产教融合工作的运行井井有条,同时也要注重创业文化、组织文化和学术文化间的和谐统一。In the perspective of the integration of industry and education,building entrepreneurial governance mode was not only a way of adapting to the external environment,but also a result of using the external environment for local'Double First-class'construction universities.As to internal entrepreneurial governance mode,academic institutions,administrative institutions and entrepreneurial institutions of local'Double First-class'construction universities were not only to coordinate with each other but also to check and balance with each other.In particular,the integration of industry and education was to operate in an orderly manner through the establishment of entrepreneurial institutions and the improvement of entrepreneurial systems.At the same time,attention should be paid to the harmonious unification of entrepreneurial culture,organizational culture and academic culture.
