摘  要:针对当前土木工程专业实践教学体系现状,分析实践教学存在的问题及原因,提出解决问题的对策——构建多学科融合的“土木+”工程实践教学体系。从跨学科合作平台、分层次创新训练、师资队伍优化、软硬件资源强化及竞赛驱动教学等多个维度,优化整合教学内容和多学科交叉优势平台,建立“多学科交叉融合”理念下实践教学体系的运行保障机制和科学的评价体系。最后,实证分析吉林建筑大学土木工程专业“多学科交叉融合”理念下实践教学体系的探索与实践。研究表明,构建多元融合的“土木+”创新实践教学体系,对于培养适应新时代需求的土木工程人才至关重要,能够为土木工程领域的持续创新与发展提供有力支撑。In view of the current situation of the practical teaching system in civil engineering,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of practical teaching,and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems to build a multidisciplinary"Civil Engineering+"engineering practical teaching system.From the multi-dimensions of interdisciplinary cooperation platform,hierarchical innovation training,optimization of teaching staff,strengthening of software and hardware resources,and competition-driven teaching,the teaching content and multidisciplinary cross-advantage platform were optimized and integrated,and the operation guarantee mechanism and scientific evaluation system of practical teaching system under"multidisciplinary cross-integration"were established.Finally,the exploration and practice of practical teaching system under the concept of"multidisciplinary integration"of civil engineering specialty in Jilin Jianzhu University were empirically analyzed.The research shows that the construction of a multi-integrated"Civil Engineering+"innovative practice teaching system is very important for cultivating civil engineering talents to meet the needs of the new era,and can provide strong support for the continuous innovation and development of civil engineering.
