摘 要:甘蔗收割机输送臂较重,使甘蔗收割机的经济性、稳定性、工作灵活性及安全性等受到影响,因此有必要对其进行轻量化研究。针对现有甘蔗收割机输送臂轻量化研究采用尺寸优化及单工况拓扑优化,无法获得较优的轻量化效果及满足于多种工况刚度要求的全局最优解问题,采用带权重的线性加权法协调多个目标函数进行多工况结构拓扑优化,获得材料的最优分布,并对主要零件进行尺寸优化,使其在结构优化的基础上较大程度地减轻输送臂重量,以提高材料利用效能。结果表明:采用该方法对输送臂进行轻量化设计可行,并有效解决了结构优化中只考虑单一工况无法获得最优解的问题。优化后输送臂在满足性能的条件下其重量降低明显,同时结构更趋合理,其强度与刚度均有所提升,轻量化效果明显,有助于提高经济性。The conveying arm of the sugarcane harvester is too large,which affects the stability,reliability and safety of the sug⁃arcane harvester during operation,so it is necessary to carry out lightweight research on it.In view of the existing lightweight re⁃search of conveyor arms,size optimization and single-condition topology optimization are used,and it is impossible to obtain a global optimal solution that meets the stiffness requirements of multiple operating conditions.A linear weighting method is pro⁃posed to coordinate multiple objective functions for multiple working conditions.Topology optimization analysis is conducted to ob⁃tain the optimal distribution of materials.Meanwhile,the size of the main components is optimized to minimize the mass of the conveying arm,to improve the efficiency of material utilization.The results show that the lightweight design of the conveyor arm using this method is feasible and effective,and it effectively solves the problem that the global optimal solution cannot be obtained by considering only a single working condition in structural optimization.The obtained conveyor arm structure is more reason⁃able,its strength and stiffness have been improved,and the mass is greatly reduced.The lightweight effect and economic efficien⁃cy are obvious,the proposed method provides a reference for the lightweight design of the sugarcane harvester conveyor arm.
