摘  要:针对山地自行车车架在工作载荷作用下,分析了其疲劳寿命。从疲劳失效位置(接缝材料)和母材上取下的试样进行了高周疲劳试验,通过S-N区域的正态分布和数据的线性回归斜率对比分析了实验数据,表明在疲劳性能方面的统计没有差异性。采用有限元分析了不同加载情况下最大主应力对应车架上的疲劳失效位置,车架疲劳失效理论分析位置与实际裂纹位置基本吻合,在此基础上基于概率Weibull模型(P-S-N曲线),分别采用平均应力法、高应力体积法和最薄弱环节理论对车架进行了分析,结果表明踏板力的施加角度影响自行车车架的疲劳特性,同时估算了最大主应力下车架的疲劳寿命。The fatigue life of the mountain bike frame under the working load is analyzed.The specimens taken from the fatigue failure location(joint material)and the base metal were subjected to a high-cycle fatigue test.The experimental data was com⁃pared and analyzed through the normal distribution of the SN area and the linear regression slope of the data,which showed that the fatigue performance was improved.There is no difference in statistics.The finite element analysis is used to analyze the fatigue failure position on the frame corresponding to the maximum principal stress under different loading conditions.The fatigue fail⁃ure theoretical analysis position of the frame is basically consistent with the actual crack position.On this basis,based on the prob⁃abilistic Weibull model(PSN curve),respectively.The average stress method,high stress volume method and the weakest link theory are used to analyze the frame.The results show that the angle of pedal force affects the fatigue characteristics of the bicycle frame.At the same time,the fatigue life of the frame under the maximum principal stress is estimated.
