摘 要:为解决大曲率薄壁曲面件在多点支撑定位时,支撑杆伸长量差别较大且其端部球铰结构的偏转角度过大的问题,提出一种利用分段模块化多点柔性工装来定位大曲率薄壁件的方法。该方法采用分段拟合的方法确定各工装单元模块的偏转角度和各单元上支撑杆的上升高度。多点模块化定位方法改善了支撑定位点分布不均,边缘控制能力差的现象,对大曲率薄壁曲面件的定位、加工的效率和精度都有较大提升,为实现薄壁曲面件的全数字化加工、装配奠定了基础。In order to solve the problem that the extension of the support rod is greatly different and the deflection angle of the spherical hinge structure at the end of the support rod is too large when the large curvature thin-walled surface part is positioned by the multi-point support,a method is proposed to locate the large curvature thin-walled part by using the modular multi-point flexible tooling.In this method,the deflection angle of each tooling unit module and the rising height of the support bar on each unit are determined by subsection fitting.The multi-point modular positioning method improves the uneven distribution of support positioning points and poor edge control ability,greatly improves the positioning,machining efficiency and accuracy of thinwalled curved parts with large curvature,and lays a foundation for realizing the full digital processing and assembly of thinwalled curved parts.
