喷油压力与夹角对汽油/柴油掺混燃料燃烧性能影响

摘  要:对汽油/柴油掺混燃料发动机,运用Converge软件建立仿真模型,研究改变不同的喷油压力、喷油夹角对汽油/柴油掺混燃料燃烧与排放的影响。喷油压力的提高会使燃烧相位略微提前,燃烧持续期缩短,放热率峰值升高,缸内峰值压力增加,NOx排放少量增加。喷油夹角较小时,燃料容易在燃烧室凸台积聚,Soot排放较高,随着喷油夹角的增加,在146°时污染物排放显著减少。喷油夹角对柴油/汽油掺混燃料燃烧相位的影响大于喷油压力,在156°燃烧持续期比136°少了9.8°CA。Based on gasoline/diesel blended fuel engines,a simulation model was established using Converge to study the effects of changing different fuel injection pressures and injection angles on the combustion and emissions of gasoline/diesel blended fuels.The increase in fuel injection pressure will slightly advance the combustion phase,shorten the combustion duration,increase the peak heat release rate,increase the peak pressure in the cylinder,and slightly increase the NOx emissions.When the fuel injection angle is small,fuel tends to accumulate on the boss of the combustion chamber,and Soot emissions are higher.As the fuel injection angle increases,pollutant emissions are significantly reduced at 146°.The influence of the fuel injection angle on the combustion phase of the diesel/gasoline blended fuel is greater than the fuel injection pressure,and the combustion duration at 156°is 9.8°CA less than that of 136°.
