摘 要:为了提高对车轻量化用DP780钢板的疲劳损伤检测精度,提出了一种基于非线性电磁超声换能的疲劳加载信号分析方法,实现对钢板塑性变形进行评估的效果。根据趋肤效应检测铁磁材料相对磁导率时,防止试件被加工为环装,消除了磁路发生漏磁的问题,达到检测试件相对磁导率的效果。研究结果表明:提高塑性后信号激励得到了更高电压比值平方,试样相对磁导率也随之提高,二倍频段处形成了显著频率波包,会产生更大变化幅值的二次谐波。当材料发生塑性变形时,其电磁特性也会相应的发生变化,从而引起检测信号的差异性。试件二次谐波变化幅值形成了与非线性系数一致规律,表明电磁超声检测塑性损伤的程度是合理的。该研究有助于提高合金材料的内部损伤,对提起防患收到高频作用下机械传动件的疲劳损伤具有很高的价值。In order to improve the fatigue damage detection accuracy of DP780 steel plate for lightweight vehicles,a fatigue load⁃ing signal analysis method based on nonlinear electromagnetic ultrasonic energy exchange was proposed to evaluate the plastic deformation of steel plate.When detecting the relative permeability of ferromagnetic materials according to the skin effect,the specimen is prevented from being processed into a ring,the problem of magnetic leakage in the magnetic circuit is eliminated,and the effect of detecting the relative permeability of the specimen is achieved.The results show that higher voltage ratio squared is obtained by increasing the plasticity of the signal excitation,and the relative permeability of the sample is also increased.A sig⁃nificant frequency wave packet is formed at twice the frequency band,and the second harmonics with greater amplitude change are generated.When the material has plastic deformation,its electromagnetic characteristics will also change correspondingly,resulting in the difference of the detection signal.The second harmonic amplitude of the specimen is consistent with the nonlinear coefficient,which indicates that the degree of plastic damage detected by electromagnetic ultrasonic is reasonable.This research is helpful to improve the internal damage of alloy materials,and has a high value for preventing fatigue damage of mechanical transmission parts under high frequency action.
