摘  要:控制冷却技术作为提高热轧钢材性能最有效的手段,已经广泛应用于板材领域,成为提高产品性能及正常生产必不可少的工艺环节。因钢管环形断面特征,冷却均匀性控制难度大,在线冷却还未在无缝钢管领域得到广泛应用,高冷却强度及冷却均匀性直接决定无缝钢管在线冷却应用的成败。通过建立环形射流冲击冷却钢管有限元模型,利用正交试验研究了喷嘴直径、射流流量、倾斜角度以及射流数目对钢管冷却特性的影响规律。通过分区域表征平均换热系数表明,合理匹配射流流量与喷嘴直径可将各区域平均换热系数极差控制在1000W/(m^(2)K)。通过数值模拟与实验研究,确定最优参数范围为:喷嘴直径(3~4)mm,射流流量(6~8)L/min,倾斜角度(0~10)°,射流数目(8~12)束。基于实验研究,建立了钢管平均冷却速率与各因素的非线性数学模型,为钢管在线冷却喷嘴的设计及均匀化冷却提供了理论支撑。As the most effective means to improve the performance of hot rolled steel,controlled cooling technology has been widely used in the field of sheet metal,becoming an essential process to improve product performance and normal production.Due to the annular section characteristics of steel tube,it is difficult to control the cooling uniformity,and online cooling has not been widely used in the field of seamless steel tube.High cooling strength and cooling uniformity directly determine the success or failure of on⁃line cooling application of seamless steel tube.The effects of nozzle diameter,jet flow rate,inclination angle and jet number on the cooling characteristics of a circular jet impinging cooling steel tube were investigated by orthogonal test.By characterizing the av⁃erage heat transfer coefficient by region,it is shown that the range of average heat transfer coefficient in each region can be con⁃trolled at 1000W(/m^(2)K)by reasonable matching of jet flow rate and nozzle diameter.Through numerical simulation and experi⁃mental research,the optimal parameter range is determined as follows.The nozzle diameter is(3~4)mm,the jet flow rate is(6~8)L/min,the inclination angle is(0~10)°,the number of jets is(8~12).Based on the experimental study,a nonlinear mathematical model of the average cooling rate of steel tube and various factors is established,which provides theoretical support for the design of online cooling nozzle of steel tube and uniform cooling.
