摘 要:轧制过程中工作辊水平力的获取及控制对高强钢小辊径工作辊轧制板形的控制具有重要的意义。传统轧辊水平力的分析多为理论计算,受设备制造、安装等因素的影响并不准确。通过理论计算对轧辊水平力进行估算及传感器选型,通过结构分析和等强度计算设计测试专用轴承座,针对某厂无取向硅钢小辊径七连轧机组,开发了一种工作辊水平力测试系统。通过现场测试实验获取了极限工况下工作辊轴承座的水平力,并通过影响函数法对轧辊变形及板形影响进行了评估。The acquisition and control of the work roll level during the rolling process is of great significance to the control of the flatness of high-strength steel small-diameter work rolls.The analysis of traditional roll horizontal force is mostly theoretical cal⁃culation,which is not accurate due to factors such as equipment manufacturing and installation.The horizontal force of the roll is estimated through theoretical calculation and sensor selection,and the special bearing seat is designed and tested through struc⁃tural analysis and equal strength calculation.For a non-oriented silicon steel small roll diameter seven continuous rolling mills in a certain factory,a work roll horizontal force test system was developed.The horizontal force of the chock of the work roll under extreme conditions was obtained through field test experiments,and the influence of roll deformation and flatness was evaluated by the influence function method.
