摘 要:转向器是全液压转向系统的核心组成单元,在整个液压工作系统中,保持其原本的工作特性和工作的可靠性有举足轻重的地位。通过对某一具体液压装箱系统中的转向器的机械结构进行分析,获取不同节流口的数学模型。基于此,获取液压转向器工作时的转向阀、马达等的流量和力平衡方程,基于AMESim软件建立转向器的动态仿真模型,通过对不同工况的分析,指出了各参数对元件性能的影响;基于液压转向系统测试平台,在角速度阶跃输入的情况下,通过对转向器的输出结果进行检测分析,并与仿真软件的反正结果进行对比,分析仿真结果的可靠性。结果可知:方向盘转速越高,配油节流口的开口面积也越大;系统油液弹性模量β_(m)可以有效提升转向性能,而阻尼系B_(m)和转动惯量J_(m)则对系统的响应特性起到抑制作用,可以根据实际需要对相关参数进行调整,以改变系统的响应效率。通过输入的接速度阶跃信号,测量测试平台中的输出端压力,同仿真软件模拟的结果进行对比分析,期差误不超过3%。Steering gear is the core unit of full hydraulic steering system,in the whole hydraulic working system,maintaining its original working characteristics and working reliability has a pivotal position.The structure of the steering gear of a hydraulic steering system was analyzed,and the mathematical models of different throttles were obtained.Based on those,the flow and force balance equations of steering valve and motor during the operation of hydraulic steering gear were obtained.The dynamic simulation model of steering gear was established based on AMESim software.Through the analysis of different working condi⁃tions,the influence of various parameters on the performance of components was pointed out.The dynamic simulation model of the diverter is established by using AMESim software,the output results of the steering gear are detected and analyzed under the condi⁃tion of angular velocity step input,and compared with the inverse results of the simulation software to analyze the reliability of the simulation results.The results show that:the higher the rotating speed of the steering wheel,the larger the opening area of the oil distribution orifice.Elastic modulus of system oilβ_(m) can effectively improve the steering performance,while the damping system B_(m) and moment of inertia J_(m) inhibit the response characteristics of the system.The relevant parameters can be adjusted according to the actual needs to change the response efficiency of the system.Through the input speed step signal,the output pressure in the test plat⁃form is measured and compared with the simulation result of the simulation software,the time error is less than 3%.
