摘  要:针对高海拔居住微压舱的控制需求,设计了一种满足此居住舱的模块化控制系统,此居住舱控制系统采用模块化的PLC+HMI(触摸屏)结构。每个舱体都有独立的PLC控制系统,舱体之间的PLC之间采用TCP通讯,然后利用各自舱体的交换机组成环网。这样的模块化设计不仅满足了高海拔居住微压舱的控制系统的需求,还对后期舱体之间的装配,加装等工作,有很大的帮助,实验表明,设计的高海拔居住微压舱模块化控制系统满足了此居住舱的控制需求,而且这种控制系统的模块化设计方便了舱体与舱体之间的组装,加装等工作。According to the control requirements of high altitude residential micro ballast,a modular control system is designed.According to the main functions,the high altitude residential micro pressure cabin is divided into living cabin,transition cabin and equipment cabin.The cabin control system adopts modular PLC+HMI(touch screen)structure.Each cabin has an indepen⁃dent PLC control system.The PLC between the cabins adopt TCP communication,and then use the switches of their cabins to form a ring network.In this way,not only the data of other compartments can be read in any compartment PLC,but also the liv⁃ing compartment and transition compartment can be controlled and monitored in the equipment compartment.Experiments show that the designed of modular control system for high-altitude residential micro ballast tank meets the control requirements of the cabin,and the modular design of the control system facilitates the assembly between the cabin and the cabin.
