摘 要:凸轮轴盖压铸模具的差异性导致不同工件小孔孔径随机性偏差,现有工件夹持采用固定方式,难以保证凸轮轴盖大小孔均匀受力,存在装夹冲击损伤问题,为此开展了凸轮轴盖毛刺清理设备工件夹持改进设计。首先提出了系统整体方案;然后进行了夹持结构优化设计和强度校核分析;最后设计了控制方法,通过机器视觉方式进行工件孔径的在线测量,下位机控制步进电机转动,调整电动推杆夹具,完成自适应夹持。相关测试表明:工件夹持系统自动化程度高、适应性强,为后续毛刺清理提供了精准的姿态及位置控制,具有一定的工程应用价值。The difference of camshaft cover die-casting die leads to the random deviation of small hole diameter of different work⁃pieces.The existing workpiece clamping adopts the fixed method,which is difficult to ensure the uniform stress of large and small holes of camshaft cover,and there is the problem of clamping impact damage.Therefore,the workpiece clamping improvement de⁃sign of camshaft cover burr cleaning equipment is carried out.Firstly,the overall system plan is proposed;then,the clamping structure optimization design and strength check analysis are carried out;finally,the control method is designed,the online mea⁃surement of the workpiece aperture is carried out by machine vision,the lower computer controls the rotation of the stepping motor and adjusts the electric push rod Fixture,complete adaptive clamping.Related tests show that the workpiece clamping system has a high degree of automation and strong adaptability,which provides precise posture and position control for subsequent burr cleaning,and has certain engineering application value.
