摘 要:为了研究不同工作条件下地铁减速器输出端轴承的油膜体积分数和温升状况,以某地铁齿轮箱输出轴圆锥滚子轴承润滑系统为研究对象,建立了滚子轴承润滑和温升状况的数值仿真模型。采用Fluent软件,并结合VOF方法和多参考系模型(MRF)对轴承腔内的油气两相流动进行了仿真分析,研究了转速、入口处油气速度以及润滑油体积分数对滚子轴承润滑和温升状况的影响。仿真结果表明:在低转速阶段(30r/min),润滑油集中在轴承的上半部,距离入口较远处润滑油分布极少,长时间运行在此工况下轴承会产生润滑不良的情况;轴承内部温度分布不均匀,温升随着轴承转速的增大而增大,在车辆高速运转时,最大温升达36.9℃。In order to study the oil film volume fraction and temperature rise of output end bearings of subway gear reducer under different working conditions,a numerical simulation model was established for the lubrication system of tapered roller bearings of output shaft of a subway gear box.Combined with VOF method and multi-reference model(MRF),Fluent software was used to simulate and analyze the oil-gas two-phase flow in the bearing cavity,and the effects of rotating speed,oil-gas velocity at the inlet and volume fraction of lubricating oil on the lubrication and temperature rise of roller bearings were studied.The simulation results show that at low speed(30r/min),the lubricating oil is concentrated in the upper part of the bearing,and the lubricating oil is rarely distributed far from the inlet.Under this condition,the bearing will produce poor lubrication for a long time.The tem⁃perature inside the bearing is not evenly distributed,and the temperature rise increases with the increase of the bearing speed.The maximum temperature rise reaches 36.9℃when the vehicle runs at high speed.
