摘 要:球铰连接具有非线性特性,这些特性使得球铰连接在传递力和位移时产生不确定性,导致偏磨的影响因素很难被量化,从而增加了车用制动活塞偏磨控制的难度。为了降低车用制动缸活塞的偏磨程度,提出一种球铰连接下车用制动缸活塞偏磨的控制方法。根据球铰连接下车用制动缸活塞工作过程中的力矩平衡方程,测量活塞表面的粗糙度。并通过量化粗糙度与偏磨关系,以该关系作为约束,获取活塞装配同轴度偏差以及活塞与缸筒间隙的检测结果。将检测结果作为车用制动缸活塞偏磨控制器的输入,并根据负载压力动力学和力平衡,得到车用制动缸活塞偏磨控制器内部控制指令,由此完成球铰连接下车用制动缸活塞偏磨的控制。实验结果表明,所提技术可以将活塞的同轴度控制误差减小0.008mm,并明显缩小活塞偏磨面积。说明所提技术可以有效控制车用制动缸活塞偏磨程度,有效延长活塞的使用寿命。Ball joint connections have nonlinear characteristics,which cause uncertainty in the transmission of force and dis⁃placement,making it difficult to quantify the influencing factors of eccentric wear,thereby increasing the difficulty of controlling eccentric wear of automotive brake pistons.In order to reduce the degree of eccentric wear of automotive brake cylinder pistons,a control method for eccentric wear of automotive brake cylinder pistons connected by ball joints is proposed.Measure the roughness of the piston surface based on the torque balance equation during the working process of the brake cylinder piston connected by a ball joint.And by quantifying the relationship between roughness and eccentric wear,using this relationship as a constraint,ob⁃tain the detection results of the coaxiality deviation of piston assembly and the gap between piston and cylinder.Using the detec⁃tion results as input to the vehicle brake cylinder piston eccentric wear controller,and based on load pressure dynamics and force balance,obtain the internal control command of the vehicle brake cylinder piston eccentric wear controller,thereby completing the control of the vehicle brake cylinder piston eccentric wear through ball joint connection.The experimental results show that the proposed technology can reduce the coaxiality control error of the piston by 0.008mm and significantly reduce the eccentric wear area of the piston.The proposed technology can effectively control the degree of eccentric wear of automotive brake cylinder pistons and prolong their service life.
