摘 要:近年来,在国内外政策支持、技术创新及市场需求的推动下,新能源汽车行业取得了快速发展,生产和销售持续增长。与此同时,新能源汽车的运营管理面临着诸多挑战,例如充电设施的布局与调度、车辆的维护管理以及不断变化的用户需求等,这些问题亟需更加精准与高效的管理方式来应对。为此,信息化技术的应用逐步成为提升行业运营效率、确保可持续发展的关键工具。借助信息化系统,新能源汽车行业得以实现资源配置的优化、运营流程的智能化与自动化,从而为行业的持续发展提供了坚实的保障。In recent years,driven by domestic and foreign policy support,technological innovation,and market demand,the new energy vehicle industry has achieved rapid development,with continuous growth in production and sales.At the same time,the operation and management of new energy vehicles face many challenges,such as the layout and scheduling of charging facilities,maintenance and management of vehicles,and constantly changing user needs.These issues urgently require more precise and efficient management methods to address.Therefore,the application of information technology has gradually become a key tool for improving industry operational efficiency and ensuring sustainable development.With the help of information systems,the new energy vehicle industry is able to achieve optimization of resource allocation,intelligence and automation of operational processes,providing a solid guarantee for the sustainable development of the industry.
