摘　　要：渤海油田部分油井初期投产时地层不出砂,射孔段采用不防砂、仅封隔器分层的生产方式。经过一段时间的生产后,近井地层结构和孔隙发生变化,导致油井出砂,为保证生产,需对此类油井采用回收井内的分层封隔器,重新防砂的大修井作业。本文对渤海某油田A36井7-5/8″隔离封隔器封隔器回收作业进行了深入探讨,为类似油井的封隔器回收作业方案提供参考。Initially,in certain oil wells in the Bohai Sea,no sand was produced from the formation at the start of operation,resulting in the absence of sand control measures in the perforated zones;only packers were utilized for segmented production.Over time,changes in the surrounding geological structures and porosity led these wells to begin producing sand.To sustain regular production,it has become imperative to conductfishing operations to retrieve the packers and subsequently reinstate sand control works for remediation.This paper meticulously analyzes the packer retrieval operation performed in Well A36 of a Bohai Sea oilfield,providing practical guidance for similar packer retrieval strategies in wells confronting analogous issues.
