摘  要:通过盲孔法测试了管板堆焊后碳钢的残余应力与580℃、610℃退火不同保温时间的焊后残余应力,结果表明提高温度有利于消除焊接残余应力,而保温时间的延长并不能显著降低焊后残余应力。同时,还分析了应对换热器管板焊接残余应力的有效方式。The residual stress of tube sheet after welding carbon steel and that at different holding time of annealing in temperature 580℃ and 610℃ were tested by blind hole method.The result indicates increasing temperature can help relieve welding residual stress.However,the residual stress could not be reduced significantly if extending holding time.At the same time,effective ways to deal with residual stresses in the welding of heat exchanger tube plates were also analyzed.
