摘  要:海洋平台建设初期,为防止立管被船舶撞击,通常将立管置于导管架内侧。然而,随着开发项目的增多,新建平台的海管需输送至原有平台处理或转运,由于原有平台安装空间有限,新增海管立管只能从原有平台导管架外侧登陆,这使得海管立管暴露在船舶碰撞范围内,一旦受损泄漏,将造成巨大损失。近年来,各区域提出设置保护架来保护外露海管,但其能否有效发挥撞船保护作用有待深入研究。In the early stage of offshore platform construction,in order to prevent the riser from being hit by ships,the riser is usually placed inside the pipeline rack.However,with the increase of development projects,the sea pipes of the newly built platform need to be transported to the original platform for processing or transportation.Due to the limited installation space of the original platform,the newly added sea pipe riser can only land from the outside of the original platform pipeline rack,which exposes the sea pipe riser to the collision range of ships.Once damaged and leaked,it will cause huge losses.In recent years,various regions have proposed setting up protective frames to protect exposed sea pipes,but whether they can effectively play a role in ship collision protection needs further research.
