摘　　要：钢丝投捞电泵系统是一项适用于无修井机平台的完井新技术,其检泵周期短、成本低,且井控及油藏污染风险小。为应对该系统在现场应用中存在的三相直阻不平衡、气锁等复杂情况,根据完井工程实践要求,提出了对应的解决方案。同时结合系统管柱结构,分析了非常规状况出现的原因,并提出了相应的整改建议。湿接头内筒充油腔油压过大会导致内外筒对接不到位,可通过打压、敲击、下压等方式使油压扩散、平衡腔均匀膨胀,从而使湿接头插接到位;不同于常规油-套管环空排气生产,钢丝投捞电泵系统机组吸入口至悬挂器内筒间的环空内会堆积气体形成气锁,造成井口不稳定出液,可通过正循环排出ADV阀至吸入口间环空中的气体以解除气锁;该系统一方面需要优化注油方式,强化质检手段以确保内部油压平衡,同时,为减少气锁影响,该系统管柱结构还需进一步优化和完善。The steel wire fishing electric pump system is a new completion technology suitable for platforms without workover rigs.It has a short pump inspection cycle,low cost,and low risk of well control and reservoir pollution.To address the complex issues of three-phase direct resistance imbalance and gas lock in the on-site application of the system,corresponding solutions have been innovatively proposed based on the requirements of well completion engineering practice.At the same time,combined with the system string structure,the causes of unconventional situations have been analyzed,and corresponding rectification suggestions have been proposed.Excessive oil pressure in the oil filling chamber of the wet joint can cause the inner and outer cylinders to not connect properly.This can be achieved by using methods such as pressure,tapping,and downward pressure to spread the oil pressure and evenly expand the balance chamber,thereby ensuring that the wet joint is properly inserted;Unlike conventional oil casing annular exhaust production,gas accumulates in the annular space between the suction port and the inner cylinder of the hanger of the wire feeding electric pump system,causing unstable liquid discharge at the wellhead.The gas in the annular space between the ADV valve and the suction port can be discharged through positive circulation to release the gas lock;On the one hand,the system needs to optimize the oil injection method and strengthen quality inspection measures to ensure internal oil pressure balance.At the same time,in order to reduce the impact of air lock,the pipe column structure of the system needs to be further optimized and improved.
